To Apply Business Visa (F Visa)
A Chinese visa is a permit issued by Chinese visa authorities to non -Chinese citizens for entry into, exit from and transit through China. Citizens of most countries are required to obtain a China visa before entering China. And Chinese government imposed a rule that anyone traveling to the Mainland of China with the purpose of doing business must carry a Business Visa. According to Minister of Foreign Affair of the People's Republic of China, 2007, July 20th, you required to have Invitation Letter from Chinese government in order to apply Business Visa. This Visa, can be obtained when you have a business associate in China who can help you to do it.
Invitation Letter
The Chinese government requires you to enter China with a valid business visa, if you are visiting to attend tradeshows, conferences, or visiting for any other business purposes, Chinese Government required you to have formal invitation letter, in order to apply Business Visa (F Visa). In this situation, Our Company has provided that type of service which we can help you to get invitation letter, and help you to apply for Business Visa (F Visa). The service fee: US$100 charge for each applicant from USA, Britain, France, Germany and etc. and an extra of US$25 charge for delivery by EMS, UPS etc. The price is different from different countries. If you are visiting China for other reasons, or if you already have a valid visa, please do not apply for the formal invitation letter. Payment information
Notice:
We offer Invitation Letter ONLY for your visa application, NOT for your registration in the fair. In addition, we offer to those who first come to the fair, those who do not have business partners in China, not have Invitation Letter issued by the Canton Fair and those not from Nigeria, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka (except counties having had trade relations with China or got invitation from Chinese government). For detail information, please contact Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your own country. If you came to the fair before, you can apply for the Invitation Letter online at http://www.cantonfair.org.cn.
For some reason, if you cannot get one; we can only offer this service, in order to get Invitation Letter, please carry the following materials to Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your own country.
1. Your valid passport must have at least 6 months of remaining validity with at least one blank visa page in it.
2. One passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).
3. Copies of professional journalist credentials and contact information, or a copy of the media organization's registration certificate issued by its home country.

Please carefully read the following notes before you proceed with the request.
1. Who needs this Invitation Letter and why?
According to the Chinese government's regulations, a formal Invitation Letter is required to apply for an entry visa. We can help you to do your visa and send you an Invitation Letter. The Invitation Letter we offer is ONLY for your visa application and NOT for your registration in the fair. To enter the Canton Fair, you need to register yourself.
If you already have a visa to visit China, please do not apply for the Invitation Letter. Once the Invitation Letter is issued and sent, there will be no refund.
2. How much is the charge and what do I get?
There is a US$100 charge for each applicant and an extra of US$25 for delivery charge by EMS, UPS etc. The total price is US$125.The package is composed of an original Invitation Letter and a map of Guangzhou city. Payment information
3. Delivery terms:
After we receive the full payment from you, we will send you the original Invitation Letter and the map within one working day. In order to guarantee the promptness and the accuracy of the delivery, we send the package by UPS or EMS. Then we will inform you of the UPS or EMS tracking number for your reference.
4. Cancellation and refund terms:
Your request for the Invitation Letter will be processed only after we receive your payment. Therefore please allow ample time for us to receive and process your payment. If you request to cancel the reservation after the payment is processed but before the package is sent, we will issue a partial refund of US$50. After the package is sent, no refund will be issued.
5. The Invitation Letter is not a guarantee for the visa issuing.
The Invitation Letter is not a guarantee for the visa. Refund request will not be entertained after the Invitation Letter is sent because the fee mainly covers our cost, the UPS freight or fax.
6. How to get the Chinese Visa?

If you want to join the China Canton Fair, you need a business visa. Approach the nearest Chinese Embassy or consulate with the following China business visa requirements:
a. Your Original Passport: Must have 6 months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page (First time applicants who were previously Chinese citizens must also submit their original Chinese passports.)
b. The Visa Application Form, which you can fill out at the Chinese embassy or consulate.
c. Photograph: One passport photo for each application (Must be standard passport type photo with a plain background, color, or black and white).
e. Processing Fee depending on the duration of stay and the number of entries in China.
