1. Why and How to make the E-pass (PVC) Card?
E-Pass (PVC card) can be applied for through the BEST--Buyer E-Service Tool on Canton Fair's official website: www.cantonfair.org.cn. This will save your registration time on the spot. Once your application is accepted, a Notice for Getting Card will be sent to your email. With this Notice and your valid personal documents, including the passport, H.K. or Macao I.D. Card/ Home-return Permit, or Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, you may pick up your E-Pass at your appointed venue.
You may apply for E-Pass at the Buyers' Registration Office in Liuhua Complex during the Registration Time, from17th to 20th, 24th, 27th to 30th in April or October. Your invitation and personal valid documents are requested. With E-pass, you will apply for the registration for a short time.
New buyers can not apply for E-Pass on spot.

3. Where is the registration Venue?
The registration peak hour always occurs at 9:30 am to 3:30 am on April 15th, 16th, 25th and 26th, therefore, to save your time and make it easier, please apply for multi-entry badge E-Pass (PVC card) through the BEST--Buyer E-Service Tool on our official website www.cantonfair.org.cn in advance.
Or you can get the CECF entry badge in the following appointed hotels, such as China Hotel (A Marriott Hotel), Dong Fang Hotel, Garden Hotel, White Swan Hotel, Asia International Hotel, Guangdong international Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou, Tianlun International Hotel, The Westin Guangzhou, Grand International Hotel Guangzhou, Grand Royal Hotel Guangzhou, Hotel Landmark Canton, Best Western GZ Baiyun Hotel, Ramada Pearl Hotel GZ, Ocean Hotel, Guangdong Victory Hotel, Rosedale Hotel & Suites Guangzhou, Star Hotel, New Mainland Hotel.
4. What size of the photo in your E-pass application?
The Format of Photo for E-Pass submitted online should be JPG or GIF, and the size should not be over 40k.
Ratio between the photo's height and width are required to be between 1. 3 and 1.4. (e.g. height is 140 pixel, width is 100 pixel).
5. How to make the entry badge for the interpreter?
With the foreign buyers' accompany, the interpreter please takes the ID card & Copy of it, Business Card, A most recent passport photo (5cm x 4cm), and related Certificates of Diploma to make the entry card at Buyer's Registration Office, with fee: 300 RMB/person/day.
6. How to remake an E-pass when I lost the E-pass?
Please present your Passport (H.K. or Macao I.D. Card/ Home-return Permit, or Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate) and business card to make a new E-Pass (PVC card) at the Buyers' Registration Office in Canton Fair Liuhua Complex during the Fair, from 15th to 20th, 24th or 25th to 30th of each fair, with fee: 200 RMB/card.
