Buyers should register for Buyer Cards issued by Canton Fair before entering the Fair Complex. Buyer Card is valid admission to the Fair at both complexes. Please keep it well as exhibitors will not bargain with visitors without the Buyer Cards.
There are several means for buyers, either in mainland of China or from abroad, can choose one of the means to registrate for the Visitor Card.
●If you do not have an Invitation Letter of Canton Fair, you can not get registrated online.
●If you are an old buyer, you can get registrated online. Then you can use your old ID to log on the registration system.
●You can get registrated at Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex of Guangzhou and 31 hotels in Guangzhou appointed by the Canton Fair when you are in Guangzhou.
NOTICE: Buyers have willings to attend Canton Fair, they have to be registrated before the deadline of 31st March and 31st October.

If Representatives do not have a Invitation Letter, they can get a Visitor Card and enter the Fair, but in the meantime, they have to fulfill one the following terms:
when they arrive at the Fair with the companion of one of their Foreign Manager and his or her signature of affirmation;
or a Letter of Attorney with his/her Signature and a copy of her/his Passport;
or Employment Permit or Work Permit issued by Labor Bureau or Foreign Labor Service Institution respectively and an original and copy of ID Card, business card, one piece of ID photo.
When they fulfill one of the terms above, you have to pay RMB300 for the registration service. |

Notes:
● A: valid personal ID documents include ID Card and Return Card of Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR people; Certificate of Taiwan Compatriots; non-PRC passport; valid ID Card of Chinese nationals residing abroad.
● B: valid personal ID documents include ID Card and Return Card of Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR people; Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, or a Chinese Passport with at least one year foreign visa.
● Specifications of a recent personal ID photo: 5cm×4cm
